I have been working at SAP (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work with a very friendly environment. Everyone is very dedicated to achieve greater progress with the company. Gives many opportunities for the employees

    Cons

Not having worked long enough at SAP, I couldn't find any cons.

  2. "Don't join here as a Contract/temp employee"

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at SAP as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Free food, transport, offsite trips, flexi hour policy, work from home etc.

    Cons

No career growth chances, stagnation and no scope for a role change. Even worse for contract cum C-Users. The company is least bothered about the professional development of its contract staff and treats them like un-wanted bunch of labourers. Poor c-users work so hard every single day hoping that some day they will be given a full time role, but that never happens. And, yeah, since you are helpless poor C-user, the company can ask you to leave with just a month of notice period or no notice period and yeah no salary compensation. Advice: Think 10 times before joining SAP as a C-user. Do not get carried away by the brand value as it will not help you personally.

    Advice to Management

Be considerate towards the contract employees of your team.
