    - Breadth of offering
    - Global presence
    - Wealth of knowledge
    - Inspiring top leadership: Bill McDermott + Hasso Plattner
    - Newer products are top notch
    - Great pay, benefits, offices

    Cons

    - Like any big company who grows through acquisitions, lack of homogeneity in products
    - Slow processes
    - Lack of knowledge managers to thoroughly curate information
    - Aging mindset and products in some areas

    Advice to Management

    Invest more heavily in knowledge management and process management teams to simplify. Make cloud products look like one.
