    Pros

SAP is very in-touch with the reality of today's workforce. Many employees have a variety of needs - SAP helps connect employees to those needs. Based on my assignment, I have the privilege to work from home - and can move anywhere in the world that I choose. I also have benefits that meet my family's needs. My manager is great - and we always connect at least 2-3 times per week to check-in.

    Cons

We're a large organization. With this, it can be challenging to know what each part of the organization does on a daily basis. This can really be more of a "pro" than a "con." But those who need to see the whole organization will find this challenging.

    Advice to Management

We have top talent in all parts of the organization. To keep top talent happy (and staying at SAP), keep on encouraging professional growth and development at all levels.

I have been working at SAP (More than a year)

    Pros

Opportunities to move position or locations. Good communications from leadership, and well guided. Intelligent co-workers, and a very equal opportunity workplace.

    Cons

Somewhat demanding on personal time, and requires a flexible employee around this need. Mothership is in Germany, so you can expect some early meetings possibly in addition to your normal US shift.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at SAP as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

This company is very large and provides many opportunities to learn new skills. These skills will make you more valuable when graduating and going into the field. They have many on the job perks and everyone I have worked with is really friendly. I would suggest making as many connections as possible while in this position because everyone here knows someone and that connection could be vital to your success.

    Cons

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you will get full time employment here after your internship so you have you be independent enough to seek out opportunities internally or externally.

I have been working at SAP as an intern (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Awesome environment, love the company and people. Truly a diverse culture with a lot of people from all around! I really love being an Intern here, learning a lot!

    Cons

Big company, sometimes challenging to understand all the products and services. SAP is a software company, keep that in mind when considering to do an Internship, but you don't need to be a coder as there are so many different types of jobs out there!

I worked at SAP as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

I only met good people during my time at SAP. They seem to really care about employees, by supplying access to really good food, a gym and events such as ice cream on Fridays.

    Cons

It's a big company and sometimes can feel like you are just another cog in a machine.
