    Approves of CEO

I have been working at SAP as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Good pay, flexible hours, great benefits, on-the-job training, positive environment

    Cons

poor communication, high stress, location not ideal for public transportation or environmental friendly commuting

    Advice to Management

Develop better internal communication by creating a single source for all information, guidelines, events, products, policies, etc. to reduce the turnaround time for key, time-sensitive projects. There's so much going on in SAP that too often the right-hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, which creates redundancies, confusion, and areas/issues being neglected.
