    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at SAS Retail Services part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The part time positions give great flexibility, managers are constantly in contact and friendly, and the company is always concerned with paying you for time spent training

    Cons

For now upward mobility seems a but stagnant. Very little full time opportunities at the moment of this review. Job is a bit repetitive.

I worked at SAS Retail Services part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The work is very easy

    Cons

We were working at 4am. My schedule would change without warning. By that, I mean I would go to bed early so I can get up and work at four only to find out when I woke up that I Am not on the schedule.... or I’ve had days I was off added to my schedule without warning. There is supposed to be a dress code, that isn’t adhered to. There is a family clique. People related to the supervisor did what they wanted. My pay check on June 12th was wrong. It is almost August and they still haven’t corrected it. I put in two weeks notice, and by California law, I should have been paid out on my last day. It took over a week past my last day before I saw my money. I’ve been hung up on when I’ve had a question. It’s the whole company. It’s flawed top to bottom. There is no leadership, the communication is poor, and nepotism seems to be what matters in the group I worked for.
