    No holidays and weekends. Home in the evenings.

    Cons

    Travel can cause a lot of ware and tare on a car, no Benifits and no pay raise in 4years.

    Business slows down around three holidays and can cause you to be laid off for up to 2 months

    I worked at SAS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    If you have started 10+ years ago then you are holding out for retirement and coasting to the end of the company and the 5 year plan

    Cons

    Sassholes- many employees feel like they made the company and are entitled working 20 hours a week. As a result, anyone that innovates or moves the company forward is pushed out. Not a glass ceiling but a solid brick ceiling without a single female executive in 40 years only white males.
