    The teams and the Corporate Culture of loyalty and fighting spirit.
    Customer service focus

    Top management more and more lacking airline experience, as the experienced staff is replaced.

    Look to keep your talents on all levels and scrutinize what is happening further down in the organisations

    Sometimes not able to "deal" with underperforming employees. Relatively local company.

    Ensure a clear strategy on how a local airline can survive in a global environment.

    Pros

    It's a big Company with great benefits and for the right person a lot of opportunities. Great values and a really strong identity. Employees stay very lojal.

    Cons

    Minus is they lack of opportunities for specialists to grow if they don't want to be a leader in the next step of their career.

    Cons

    The aviation industry is constantly changing, immense pressure from low cost carriers to cut costs, dwindling perks and workplace conditions. Still better than industry standards however.

    I worked at SAS Scandinavian Airlines as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The company takes care of you, they are on your side. Compensation is so and so. Personal growth is big since one has to deal with many hardships in that intense customer service environment.

    Cons

    if one works more than a year I think one gets very cheap flights.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing what you do. I like the employee/ suervisor boarderfree relation ship mentality.
