    A very dynamic workplace. Great possibilities to make an impact. You need to enjoy working for a company in constant change.

    Too many weak managers within middle management. Not a culture with clear accountability.

    Make changes within middle management. Make employees accountable and handle poor performers.

    You are empowered to make decision and being supported by your manager.
    As an airline, sas is very innovative and a leader in industry.

    Cons

    Not so good at making money. Regrettably staff have to lose their jobs as a result.

    Advice to Management

    What sas did before 28 Nov 2012( make or break) was a good lesson.

    Pros

    Competitive pay, nice benefits.
    Basically a long day of interacting with customers and co-workers sprinkled with a few hours of high-stress running towards a gate to greet a flight that either arrived too early or is delayed by a few hours--and you've been back at the office trying to organize the arrival of the delayed flight. It includes making hundreds of reservations per day for a bad day or being bored to death at the ticket-counters waiting for passengers to check-in for a flight in October where about 95 out of the 234 seats are sold on the plane.
    Fun environment for mentally deranged people; had a lot of quirky co-workers.

    Cons

    Irregular hours.
    Unconventional management style that is rarely consistent amongst different managers.

    Advice to Management

    Work together and communicate with each other better.
