I have been working at SAS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Culture, Benefits, Work Life Balance, Campus Style Setting.

    Cons

Advancement to other area or other jobs can be hard if blocked by road blocks, hula hoops, politics, or nepotism. Not as competitive of a salary as other companies but you have to look at all benefits and weigh what is important to you.

I have been working at SAS full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Work / life balance, overall the people are friendly and kind, benefits are good, amenities are good (if you have time to use them)

    Cons

Cushy work environment means people never leave. So opportunities to advance are very difficult to come by, especially during periodic hiring freezes and regardless of intelligence or capability. Salaries not the best, but that can be offset with WFH flexibility, benefits, bonus, profit-sharing, etc.
