    Cons

they merged the North and South together so therefore I was laid off as they only needed one Director.

I have been working at SASCO full-time

    Pros

Extremely good at what they do, leaders in the industry. Opportunity to grow and move up in the organization. Well compensated/rewarded for hard work. Good structure of processes/reporting/accountability. Large in-house support staff to help you succeed.

    Cons

Not for everybody. If you're results driven and an A player, then this is the place for you. If you just want a job and not a career, go elsewhere.

I have been working at SASCO full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Wasn't as smart when I got here as I am now, still have more to learn. Great place to grow professionally and personally. Being held accountable has helped me a lot.

    Cons

Need to be more open to exploring improvements with new or different technology. If we're not making mistakes we're not doing anything.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to non conforming ideas.

I have been working at SASCO full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-Great place to advance. I started in an entry level position and was promoted quickly
    -Lots of growth
    -Busy, fast paced environment
-Super smart co-workers who are good people <3
-It's exciting to work for one of the top firms in your industry. We are very well respected and we get to help build some of the most exciting, complex, large-scale projects that transform the skyline and landscape.

    Cons

They say they only hire the top 10% and it shows. Under-performers don't last. (I don't necessarily think this is a bad thing.)

    Advice to Management

A little encouragement goes a long way...

    Pros

I started out at SASCO thinking it would be a stepping stone for my career, and due to the hard work I put in, SASCO recognized my skills and promoted me to a position I had always wanted. SASCO is one of those few places you can work, where you feel like a part of the organization rather than just another employee. My co-workers at SASCO are some of the smartest and nicest people I’ve ever met, and I love coming to work every day.

    Cons

    SASCO doesn’t have any cons.
