    Approves of CEO

I worked at SAVI TRADING full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I joined the Savi team at 2016 without much of a trading experience, though I had a theoretical knowledge on finance. Through their teaching of risk management, building an algorithm and having a chance to exchange ideas with other professional traders on the platform I can say I earned a quite valuable lesson and experience. Because you cannot be a trader only by reading books and going to webinars. Just being in a environment itself, watching what others doing and sharing the thoughts is going to benefit the trader the most.

    Cons

They should work with more different types of platforms, not only mt4 I think.

    Advice to Management

Maybe having the newbies to be taught more about bonds and treasury yields as well could be useful.

I worked at SAVI TRADING part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I participated in Savi Trading Programme earlier in the year and I have to say this experience was great and the company impressed me considerably

Savi Trading provided me with the environment to aim to become a professional trader work as well as letting me grasp
the very essence of trading. The program covered financial knowledge, risk management, trading strategies, fundamental analysis and psychology. During this program, I got acquainted with people from various countries and backgrounds and learned divergent opinions about market as well.

The courses in SAVI taught you strategies that you could use to make profits. And you could also learn to understand how a strategy works in order to build your own

I am really glad that I have met my mentors, Amin and Vishal. They are both enthusiastic and professional and really helped me a lot and continue to do so. I have already recommended the course to friends and am very glad i completed the programme.

    Cons

IT is just a little bit far from where I live now because you know I m chinese student so it may be far

    Advice to Management

If there is any quant trainning that would be the best After all, there is so many quant traders now.

I worked at SAVI TRADING full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

More like an apprenticeship. A good mixture of professional traders and trainees. They wouldn't just give you lectures and exams. You get to trade alongside some brilliant traders.

    Cons

None. Un polished perhaps but that is a good thing for me.

    Advice to Management

Keep focus on your niche of turning amateurs into profesional traders.

I worked at SAVI TRADING full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I have studied 3 months course in Savi and stayed on longer, the guys have been great. They have various traders from different institutions. They cover the fundamental and technical side of trading and help you find your own strategy. Daily basis cover international world news to get a market view. Out of the 3 months, the most interesting area is learning about algorithm trading. The main thing I learned is RISK MANAGEMENT, remember trading is like 50/50 eg. flip a coin, as long as you manage risk it does not matter you will win overall.

    Cons

1 - Very expensive for a 3 months course - Should be longer
2 - There was nothing really covered for PSYCHOLOGY side of trading
3 - Sales team be careful what you pitch, need to be clear concise and transparent

    Advice to Management

    - Shorten the time getting use to the demo system - cover more quicker
    - Drill in the importance of RISK MANAGEMENT, this area please be more strict to your student to benefit later.
    - Increase more time to work on the algorithm building, these areas need more attention
    - Please review your students every 2 weeks so they can be always improving
