    I have been working at SBDC at UWF part-time

    Pros

    Long-term options for advancement, University benefits, great management

    Cons

    The compensation is not great but it is to be expected as a student assistant with the University.

    Great place to work. I really enjoyed SBDC

    Cons

    The only negatives would be it is government funded so don't look for a lot of money.

    I have been working at SBDC at UWF full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    the place lack ingenuity but is a solid place to work because of the opportunity for growth and the passion of the employees

    Cons

    the lack of creativity and rather structured setup does not allow for true creation - just running the machine
