I have been working at SBLI USA full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Depending on what department you work in, you are guaranteed to be out of the office by 5 pm. They offer a decent vacation package, it used to be better. You will get 4 weeks vacation, before the merger you were given 5 weeks. Your coworkers will make your day. The people are warm, loving and down to earth.

    Cons

The management team is very disorganized. They do not know how to run people, except out of the door. The pay is meager and for that meager pay, they want your soul. Because the rules change at least 3 times a week in regards to your responsibilities, it is hard to catch your breath. You will feel extremely defeated as if nothing you do is ever good enough. The atmosphere is very racially charged and biased and it is absolutely obvious. I would only recommend working at this place to my worst enemy. None other is deserving.

    Advice to Management

Make your plans permanent, put it in writing.
