    Pros

Coworkers were great - I built friendships & relationships in a productive environment.

    Cons

The CEO and the rest of the senior leadership team really does not understand how to successfully build, grow and maintain their company.

    Advice to Management

When stuff hits the fan, instead of burying your head like an Ostrich looking out for yourself, come together as a team and build a wise honorable plan to fix the problem.

    Pros

The production-level employees are a dream. Experienced and knowledgeable, they are a lot of fun and always willing to help. The workspace is well equipped and shocked with great coffee, drinks and snacks. The compensation level is way above market.

    Cons

The CEO is a deeply paranoid, mixed-up, fickle, and verbally-abusive blowhard. He lacks respect and trust for all of his employees, maintains unrealistic expectations, and harbors nothing but contempt for the people he views as overpaid charlatans, regardless of their professionalism or expertise. If you think he won't be involved enough in your day-to-day to merit concern, think again. The INSITE platform is of particular personal interest to him, and he delights in being a wildly inconsistent, woefully under-informed micro-manager of the project and the team. The team lives in fear, as his communication style can be described as "forceful intimidation," and his whims often lead him to eliminate entire departments when he changes his mind or becomes displeased for any non-reason. The compensation level offered by this company is high because otherwise, they would have no way to attract the talent needed to get the job done.

    Advice to Management

    Medicate the CEO.

I worked at SBM Site Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Guaranteed 40 work weeks, pay raise every six months until you topped out, benefit package was ok.

    Cons

Management and leads was terrible, a lot a favoritism, it was almost impossible to work a holiday for extra hours unless you were a favorite of a lead or supervisor.

    Pros

The only pro I can honestly say is that's it's a job other than that if I really didn't need to be there I wouldn't and I would never recommend this company to anyone

    Cons

    Poor management
    Poor Human Resources team
Will hire anyone which means quality or work isn't that great
I have been working with them a year and I'm still only making 10.50 same amount as I was when I started

    Advice to Management

Get better management too many chiefs and not enough Indians if you know the saying you suck

    Pros

I have to admit, I was hesitant to take the job after reading these reviews but now I am glad I accepted the offer. I worked at the corporate office for close to two years and was it tough, yes. Were the expectation high, yes. Did somebody hold my hand, no. This place is fast paced and its up to you to be successful. Those looking for a laid back, easy going job, take advice from the others who have failed and run away. Those looking to be challenged, be ready you will get it here. The only reason I left was because my spouse and I decided to start our own company and now I am using everything I learned there.

    Cons

It's a fast growing company that still has growing pains so there is not many "how to" guides, so you need to be engaged and proactive with your learning otherwise you will fall behind fairly quickly

    Advice to Management

Can please everyone but you should focus on celebrating your wins a lot more.

    Pros

$11 and hour is decent pay for a janitor.
    They promote from within.

    Cons

Either my supervisor messed up or the company messed up, because my first paycheck was supposed to be on a Friday. Had to call HR to get my check and was told my supervisor did not enter my hours until the following MONDAY. My paycheck was 7 days late.
    Severely understaffed
    Mandated weekends
    Not enough training
Unprofessional supervisors that cannot do their jobs
Supervisors do not know the routes or proper way to clean

    Advice to Management

Pay your damn employees on time or lose them.
