    Pros

Good, smart employees. The pleasant environment. Socially conscious company. Flexible schedule. Convenient location. Access to higher ups in various departments.

    Cons

Honestly don't have any cons re working here. Maybe some people wouldn't enjoy working in Racine, but the s.c. Johnson area was fine.

I worked at SC Johnson as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is incredibly friendly, and all of the employees want to help you. There is not a strong sense of competition between co-workers, which I really like.

    Cons

Every intern has a different manager, which means every intern is held to different standards. This means everyone had a different work load and it was easier for some to get full-time offers at the end of the summer than it was for others.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent about whether all interns are up for full-time offers or if there are only one or two openings available at the end of the summer.

    Pros

Supportive managers who give you great responsibility with increased independence. You are assigned good projects that allow you to engage with lots of people in your division or across the organization. They put on fun events for interns and offer you great housing and salary.

    Cons

A little bureaucratic and may be a little hard to find information
