I worked at SCFoster full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

If you do your work they leave you alone
Are willing to spend on tools if you can show the cost/benefit
Can reach management any time day or night

    Cons

Didn't care for the high school tactics of some of the other employees. If you don't like the work go somewhere else.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the few bad apples that are trying to poison your work environment

I worked at SCFoster (Less than a year)

    Pros

Multiple projects were available and were run well when execs did not get in the way.

    Cons

After leaving on good terms, I was harassed to the point that I blocked all communication via email and phone. I was told to remove this company from my resume and all job posting sites or I would be taken to court. Keep in mind, I left the company as an independent contractor under good terms with no problems. The harassment didn't start until 12 months after I left. Unprofessional to the extreme.

    Advice to Management

    Seek professional help.

    Pros

They do offer decent contract work with a well known company or two. Okay for someone just looking to work a few months and move on.

    Cons

No support from management of any kind. Communication is horrible at best. Wages are not competitive and benefits are practically non-existent. There are quite a few larger agencies to choose from that actually appreciate their employees.

    Advice to Management

Stop worrying so much about fattening your pockets and be there for the people who make it possible to be in business.

    Pros

Great relationships with their clients and contractors.
    Huge potential to make money
    Flexible and understanding

    Cons

Located in Delaware not a convenient commute.
Not as focused in my areas that I specialize in

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Opportunity to make a good amount of money on orders but money is not the only reason to work at a company.

    Cons

    Bad communication
    Border line unsafe working environment
Put employees down and don't guide or encourage
Have more training in the beginning

    Advice to Management

Be honest with employees about expectations
    Stop changing your business plan
Don't have an employee quit their current position if you don't think they'll work out

    Negative Outlook

I worked at SCFoster full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

A basic idea of how to recruit

    Cons

Horrible management- prepare yourself for a weekly lecture about how bad you are at your job
    No guidance for new recruiters
Misleading about the money that can be made
No work/life balance - you have to check your email constantly, and if you miss an email you might as well not show up to work the next day

    Advice to Management

You should shut down your company. You dont know how to run it and you cant keep any employees for more than 3 months.
