    Approves of CEO

I worked at SCL Health part-time for more than a year

    Pros

You are helping kids who have been through a lot and you have the chance to help them see a better side of humanity

    Cons

It is tough because the kids come from difficult backgrounds and do not trust or listen easily.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff and continue to be supportive and compassionate. Remember you used to be where they are and some may need extra help with self care
