I have been working at SCO Family of Services full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great Benefits Friendly Environment Looks good on your resume Good stepping stone job and to learn necessary skills in the field of social work. Flexible hours and ability to go to school.

    Cons

"opportunity for Growth" A lot of favoritism coming from the higher ups impacts who they are more likely to promote and limits opportunity to grow. Not compensated for being licensed very few raises

    Advice to Management

If positions become available such as supervisor positions you should inform all eligible candidates within the agency and not just your favorite employers.

I have been working at SCO Family of Services full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Flexible hours, Flexible hours and flexible hours. That's all I can say there's really nothing else good. It's more negative than positive

    Cons

Leadership is blinded when there is low staff morale, they just end up dumping more work and low pay. Tired of hearing leadership say "this is the first time I heard about this" after multiple staff have presented the issue

    Advice to Management

There's no follow through when complaints are presented to them. They love to pretend that they've never heard about it to address it. They don't address when programs have low morale
