    Pros

    Great during holidays if you are okay with working holidays. Christmas Easter Black Friday

    Cons

    Slow any other time, paycheck depends on sales. Salary was 6.50 plus commission. The commission was based on what was sold

    Advice to Management

    Too much emphasis on numbers. Seemed to not care much about employees well being. Low wages

    Pros

    Some good people, great customers, great folks in the accounting area. Good sales people

    Cons

    Poor leadership and direction. Change strategies every 6 months. Exec Management clueless, bottle neck does not know how to make decisions.

    Advice to Management

    Get someone in there that can run the show, unless you don't want to grow.

    Always busy. Money to be made.

    Cons

    Management. Questionable clientele. The crowd has changed and so have the tips.

    Established in 1982 Software Engineering of America has built a worldwide reputation as a leading provider of data center software solutions. With products licensed at over 10,000 data centers worldwide (partial user list) SEA's customers include 9 of the fortune 10 and over 90% of the fortune 500. SEA's product groups include a full line of Mainframe and AS400 solutions covering all aspects of Data Center Management including JCL Asset Management, DASD Data Management, RACF Security Management, Output Management, Tape Media Management, Console Automation and iSeries / AS400 Data Compression, Encryption, Security, and Messaging.

    Cons

    Less benefits - this isn't always the case if you find a generous company that is willing to negotiate your contract terms.
    Uncertainty - during the economic downturn the average job-seeker was searching primarily for job stability.

    Advice to Management

    Managers should set up specific goals to best motivate employees. In this way, employees will know what to do to get into the next step.
