    Pros

    Great competitive pay and benefits. Job progression available and training opportunities. The last year I worked for them was 2005, it didn;t let me choose back any further.

    Cons

    Provides IT/telephone etc. support to Correctional facilities where contracts are bid every so many years. If someone out bids them in your area you can loose your job. that simple! But the people there are wonderful from top to bottom!

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work, if you come back to Oklahoma I would love to come back and join the team again.

    Pros

    Consistent with paying tuition reimbursement up to a certain amount. Ok company to work for especially if you can be located in the Dallas, Tx office. Good pay.

    Cons

    Not any growth on certain sides of the company. Securus corporate office is not the same though.

    Advice to Management

    Better communication.

    Pros

    Loved my team. We'd travel for most of the week and back in the office on Friday, when we got back together we were very close. We were a great group. That goes for the rest of the employees there too, great group of people

    Cons

    I could care less about management and they felt seemingly the same about us.
    Was directed to do some ethically grey behavior which I didn't agree with.

    Advice to Management

    Do what's best for the people who work for you, the customers, the shareholders, in that order

    2 lay offs in 6 months, no clear direction, lack of communication from superiors

    Right needs to know what the left hand is doing, People are not just a spot on a spreadsheet

    If you like to travel then this might be for you.

    Cons

    Everything sales related. Lack of integrity and don't even think you will begin to understand the compensation plan as it is designed to confuse you. The lack of Sales Leadership is evident here. The sales strategy is poor to say the least. If you want to de-value your sales career then this is the place for you. Otherwise run away as fast as you can.

    Advice to Management

    Purge management and start over with true sales professional leaders who understand a sales process and culture that will breed success.

    Pros

    Overall securus is a good place to get started in the call center environment. Very helpful when it comes to training. And the shift choices are great because of the variety

    Cons

    They are way too strict on attendance policies you can be late due to unforeseen circumstances or something serious and it won't matter. Some of the management is rude and will make you feel stupid when you need help

    Advice to Management

    Fix attendance policies if you want a lower turnover rate. Also when people need help be more kind and understanding
