I worked at SEKO Worldwide full-time

    Pros

Most employees in non-management roles are nice.

    Cons

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Pay extremely below industry standard, NIGHTMARE OWNER, misappropriation of company funds rampant, hostile work environment, no benefits, and terribly inefficient workplace.

You are expected to do the job of 5 or more people for slightly above minimum wage and no benefits. Upper management is a complete nightmare to deal with in any capacity, and actively participates in and fosters a hostile work environment. They misappropriate company funds to buy Ford trucks (and write them off), but the trucks are never used for company business. Meanwhile, the business is cash strapped with no money to pay employees fairly or invest in technology to improve efficiency and profitability.

There is ZERO opportunity for advancement in the company, and you will treat you as sub-human if you choose to leave for better opportunities. Despite being polite, productive, and professional, you will not receive positive comments when potential future employers call.

If you are a masochist, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

    Advice to Management

Thankfully, I am at the point in my career now where they can't afford my advice even if they were willing to pay.

    Pros

Long hours. Lots of potential overtime

    Cons

Corporate undermines all managers/supervisors. You are more of a babysitter and have no power to make any decisions.

    Advice to Management

Rethink who you put into what position. Make sure everyone is actually qualified to do their job.

I worked at SEKO Worldwide (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The company is expanding and there are opportunities for promotion. The local station often promotes from within and management genuinely cares about employee welfare and progress. Also, decent benefits.

    Cons

The network often has trouble servicing the volume and some departments seem overwhelmed. Residential phone calls/complaints for issues unrelated to the facility can be out of control.

    Advice to Management

Locally, stabilize residential delivery program. Work with corp or something because there are too many localized calls that should be automated or filtered better.
