    Posibilidad de trabajar desde casa

    Cons

    Nada es como lo que te dicen en la entrevista. Te tratan como a un esclavo. Te obligan a hacer horas extras. No hay tiempo entre llamadas (no el tiempo de acuerdo a la ley). No hay pausas visuales. No hay meritocracia (solo se asciende si se hace amistad con un gerente y favores personales). Los jefes de equipo suelen intimidarte todo el tiempo. Olvídate de los incentivos, nunca los recibirás a menos que seas... amigo de tu jefe. Las métricas siempre están manipuladas. Siempre es un problema cogerte vacaciones y tienes que cogerlas cuando la empresa quiera. La gestión es un desastre absoluto. Las comunicaciones internas no existen, así que nadie sabe nada. Ellos hacen muchas cosas fuera de la ley y fuera del acuerdo de telemárquetin. Solo hacen contratos temporales y despiden a casi todos en diciembre. Los contratos que hacen no respetan la ley.

    Buen ambiente, buen sueldo, buenos incentivos y buena comunicación con los jefes de equipo. La gestión es sencilla y los descansos también buenos.

    Te ayudan a empezar el trabajo (NIE, número de la seguridad social). Buenos compañeros de trabajo.

    Cons

    Mala gestión. Siempre te controlan. Te sientes como en el instituto (te ponen nota, tienes que pedir permiso al jefe del equipo antes de ir a por agua o algo). No hay motivación. Sueldo bajo.

    Hay dos tipos de empleados en SBT: Los que quieren vivir en Barcelona y necesitan dinero para salir adelante, y los que quieren desarrollar una carrera profesional. En cualquier caso, se trata a todos igual. La gente que trabaja seriamente en SBT no recibe motivación y no tiene oportunidad verdaderamente de hacer dinero. Es una pena, ya que SBT podría ser la mejor en lo que hace.

    Te pagan a final de mes Posibilidad de conocer compañeros agradables, ambiente internacional Está bien para disfrutar de la ciudad al mismo tiempo que te pagan, pero no para mucho más

    La dirección no sabe hacer bien su trabajo Prácticamente no existe una cultura de empresa No hay oportunidades de ampliar tu carrera Espacio laboral limitado Salarios y bonos bajos Pocas vacaciones y ninguna flexibilidad Ningún sentido de la profesionalidad en absoluto Los ascensores no funcionan
