    Pros

There is nothing to report. Disappointed in a organization.

    Cons

Everything, Everyone! Please do not work here. The Department of Labor needs to investigate the corporate office. It comes from the top. Manipulating funds to line their pockets when that money goes to the participants is a crime!

    Advice to Management

Lining your pockets with funds that are for participants is a crime. DOL has an open investigation on you. You're going down

    Pros

Great co-workers, feel really good about what you do, understanding when you need time off.

    Cons

No raises, no overtime, sometimes not enough time to complete your work, but they don't pay overtime, you either sacrifice a few hours of staying over unpaid, or go home on time and be penalized for not completing tasks. Favoritism. No matter your work ethic, if you're not in the "circle," you're not going to advance.

    Advice to Management

Raises and stop focusing on the same favorites and pay attention to hardworking individuals who are not brown nosing.

I worked at SER Jobs for Progress National full-time

    Pros

Employees are great, very caring and truly devoted to the cause of helping others become self-sufficient through employment training and placement. The work is extremely rewarding and you can make a real impact in people's lives.

    Cons

Direction of the organization is obscure. Management staff seem to have difficulty making decisions and following them through, things change every few weeks. Staffing is constantly being restructured all the way to the director level. Through these acts the management staff seem to create obstacles and hinder the progress of the organization.

    Advice to Management

Do not revisit decisions that have already been made. Changes and progress must be made faster to react to organizational and community needs.

    Pros

Greatest Case Worker-Manager. Truly cared, concerned. Tried diligently to help, assist, create job, life progress, educational, opportunities.

    Cons

Always cutting hours. Downtime. This was only an assistance, job fulfillment, educational, positive work culture program, meant to increase, improve your job chances.

    Advice to Management

It's difficult. Need to find other assistance (financial). The Case manager, had to wok other jobs, in order to make a respectable living.
