    Work is interesting. Teams are great.

    Cons

    Lack of training. Busy season is long and expected.

    Pros

    The co-workers make it all worthwhile, managers are easy going, and they're willing to let you work on new files.

    Cons

    The work environment could get politically negative, not enough work, turnover is quite high.

    good opportunity to learn, medium sized company, co-workers are nice, some managers are nice as well. there are some fun activities throughout the year.

    Cons

    performance review is not realistic. need work a lot of over time. no warning on firing people.
