Senior Management is quite intelligent. Company is still small enough to be agile, but large enough to carry clout in the industry.
Pay is on the lower end for competitive titles. Paid time off and benefits are on the low end.
Advice to Management
Increased pay will create more loyalty among staff.
The benefits were really great!
The company has it's "cliques" and if you don't fit in, good luck working there.
