    Pros

Good for freshers. lots of small positions for people to looking to break into the field. As their main and only client is the school district WCCUSD, you get exposure to that side. Plus its always a plus to add to your resume, that u got to work for the District.

    Cons

Not many people knew what they were doing. Poor managerial skills. Harsh work environent when having to deal with contractors. they are heavily dependent on bond money. So no job stability.

    Advice to Management

Hire better people for senior management.

I have been working at SGI Construction Management full-time

    Pros

These are tough times, it is better than working fast food.

    Cons

Pay is not bad but benefits are terrible compared to competitors, a small firm so it is probably difficult to negotiate good deals with insurance providers. No added pay for outstanding performance. They seem to collect the lost souls from other firms.
