    Pros

The people were good to work with for the most part, very flexible and relaxed work environment for the most part.

    Cons

need new HR leaders that can roll out better benefits and salary. company went from good to mediocre at best. sometimes having to take on too many roles with no ability to delegate. I have no problem with multitasking I do have a problem with jobs not being filled Due to recruiting issues. I blame a lot on HR and not so much on the intention of the company.

    Advice to Management

Better communication between HR and staff, follow up and follow through. Start from scratch if you have too, great talent lost due lack of leadership and action.

    I worked at SGK full-time

    Pros

    Great Benefits, friendly work environment
    Less formally structured, more flexible
Close proximity to upper management often means quicker action. There is the opportunity to get things done faster, more efficiently and with less red tape. There are fewer layers of approval to deal with when decisions need to get made.

    Cons

An acquisition company it's not a question if you'll be laid off. The question is when? It's never the companies’ intent to layoff employees for the sake of it BUT if sales aren't there, during a recession, and/or an acquisition you can count on a number of employees being laid off but that’s apart of any business environment.

    Advice to Management

With consistency, professionalism, proper planning of strategies, and alignments with the experts, you can run a top-notch successful business. Don’t reinvent the wheel.
