    Approves of CEO

I have been working at SIMCOM Training Centers for more than 10 years

    Pros

Management has an open door policy. Anyone can meet with the CEO or COO and be listened to. All employees have the ability to influence change within the company.

    Cons

Company is focused on regulatory compliance. Sometimes it can be a pain to have to follow all the rules but I understand the necessity.

    Advice to Management

A lot of employees care about the company. Don't let the negativity of a few influence the decisions you make.

I worked at SIMCOM Training Centers

    Pros

Previous focus on personal training and customer satisfaction was profitable and held growth potential. Proper management could bring this back to easily begin to right the ship. Potential for success is high. Friendly personable staff can and does deliver a great training experience.

    Cons

Uncertainty of the future erodes morale and a desire to grow with the company. Current focus on regulatory compliance and legal paranoia is detrimental to success.

    Advice to Management

Take care of regulatory correction without flogging the employees. Communicate the future vision of the company beyond the sale of an equity investment, if there is one. Re-instill confidence by building the "family" approach rather than the cold institutional philosophy that is present now. Replace management with communicators not administrators. Listen to the customers (really listen).

    Pros

The doors are still open as of now. The investors have not yet shut off the funding. So we still receive a pay check for now.

    Cons

Management is completely incompetent. The CEO and COO have no idea what they are doing.

    Advice to Management

Eric H. And Mike K. Need to join the unemployment line before everyone in the company are in the unemployment line.
