    Pros

Great people. Columbus market has great potential. Management knows how to recruit great internal staff. They are rock stars and deserve acknowledgment. They are the life's blood of Simos.

    Cons

Lack of consistency. Lack of understanding of how to build the Columbus region. Corporate HR Department is only focused on I9 compliance. No clue what all is needed for a successful HR Department and won't take advise or explore SHRM HRCI certifications, which is greatly needed and should be required.

    Advice to Management

See "cons" and please step out of the office and put your finger on the pulse at least for 60 or 90 days. You'll be shocked.

I have been working at SIMOS Insourcing Solutions part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Simos Insource Solutions, has been by far one of the best companies I have worked for. There Committment to working with me as Veteran with certain scenarios that I need flexibility with has been really appreciated . I was a Mortgage Broker for 20 yrs so adjusting to a wage job that I've had to punch a clock and do physical work has been hard but they have been very accomadating.

    Cons

The con is a personal change that I've had to endure as mentioned above but as a company the only thing I would change is the pay structure.

    Advice to Management

The only advice I would offer is some slight adjustments in the way management repremamds an employee, this should always be done in privacy and never in front of other employees.
