    I worked at SINA as an intern

    Pros

    I worked for the online financial service department which is a fast growing business of this company. We had great team work towards different projects.

    Cons

    Some daily routine work have been delayed and slacked by people. Most employees need to work overtime almost everyday.

    Advice to Management

    Employees work under much pressure and great workload, which incurred some complains from staff. This is better to be changed.

    if you want to looking for a job like the editor . It is boring for you.

    Hope to get off workeariler. Sometimes there is no work must have done on that day, but nobody come back, all waiting for 7-8pm and then go home.

    Pros

    The location is quite good which is close to IFC, but only if you live near to the city center as well. Group leaders are friendly and hard working, and the environment is cozy.

    Cons

    Basic works, not enough communication between workers and OT. Rush hour is GZ can be really exhausting and it would be better to live nearby.

    More bonding activities, better empowerment of employers, modify training system and encouraging communications between employees and top management.
