    Pros

    Good location in Atlanta and nice people to work with.

    Cons

    The software development work is mostly sent offshore as the customers get more demanding.

    Advice to Management

    Try to keep some key software development work in the company if you want to attract software developers.

    Global firm with wide array of products. Great people to work with.

    Cons

    Heavily bureaucratic, very slow decision making. Often behind the curve with offerings needed or wanted by the customer. Badly understaffed at present.

    Pros

    Really a great company. Very brave to be making the changes they are currently making. Challenging work, international experiences, great opportunities, ability to work globally with multiple ethnic groups. All in all - a terrific work environment

    Cons

    Too many employees who are not willing to take responsibility. Too many with a blame culture

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up. Be Brave! Great job in pushing change. Recognize that there really are great, loyal people in the company. Embrace loyalty. Promote from within

    Terminals 1-5 will be doing well for a long time and LAWA likes the results
    Stable environment

    Cons

    Slow to move to upgrade - speed of LAWA - city is slow to get going
    DR for part of Airport Management Software is lacking

    Advice to Management

    LAWA needs to move ASAP to new VM platform
    2nd largest airport in US needs to fix DR and old setup

    Global company brings the best of many cultures.

    Too much reliance on offshore development resources undermines retaining internal intellectual property.

    Continue to communicate the coming changes.

    Great people to work with. Plenty of training .Travel can get more than planned sometime.
