    Pros

I really enjoyed getting to work as a resident assistant because of the diversity of all the students and faculty you get to interact with. In addition, there is plenty of training so you know exactly what is expected from day one. The supervisors also continuously check-in with their resident assistants to make sure there is a good work life balance.

    Cons

The training at times was bland and longer then it needed to be.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing at this time.

    Pros

Great atmosphere, friendly work environment, professors were great, great learning environment, faculty really care about the progress of their students

The graduate student pay wasn't great, but at least we had a tuition remission. Parking on campus is a bit chaotic at times, and I wish that graduate students were able to apply for faculty/staff positions if they are teaching graduate students
