I have been working at SJBP Public Schools full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The school I work at had a family atmosphere. We have Great co-workers . The teaching that occurs is rigorous and engaging. I love my school!

    Cons

Teacher do not feel supported by administration . Students are not always held accountable for their actions when sent to administrators. Administration tends to side with parents then their teachers.

    Advice to Management

Support your teachers and hold parents more accountable for their child's behavior choices.

I worked at SJBP Public Schools full-time

    Pros

Some hard working teachers and administrators. Great instruction possibilities

    Cons

Old boy network. Few teachers are happy to be there and take their job seriously. Very top heavy in terms of administration

I worked at SJBP Public Schools full-time

    Pros

Making relationships with some of the kids. Also, I really enjoyed the faculty that I worked with. It was the Superintendent that was the problem

    Cons

Some students can be difficult. Not to mention the administration and Superintendent George. He is the worst.

    Advice to Management

Superintendent George should not bring in people he knows and remove everyone who he does not. Not only is this unethical, but also goes against the best interests of the students.
