I have been working at SK Telecom as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working for my manager was really super, she was very good and thorough. The teams are bright and curious. Free lunches Mon and Wed and outings that were enjoyable.
    VERY compelling product.

    Cons

It is a little challenging dealing with South Korea, but leadership here was exceptional and a superb buffer to the parent company, so it was not very painful.

Organizational restructuring is frequent and large, and there are many tasks and team changes. So, rather than attaching to work, politics and line-telling are severe. Formal reporting-oriented business processes rather than actual outcomes
