I worked at SKF full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Brand Recognition
    1st manager (hiring)
    Good training
    Ability to work from home
    Good benefits

    Cons

2nd manager I had happened to be the guy I took over for when I started (See 1st manager above)
    Constant reorganization
Senior management getting company sued constantly
Had no chance to succeed due to being put in impossible situation with Manager #2. I probably should have sued but it wasn't worth it.

    Advice to Management

Don't put people with no ethics in management positions.

I worked at SKF full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, excellent company that cares for their employees, plenty of time off and little perks here and there. They promote within.

    Cons

Very strict on the hours and shifts you work, only a half hour for lunch. Everyone pays attention to your breaks and having your phone out at all is a no-no. I don't enjoy being monitored. Feels like a job not a career.
