Pros
Management has an open door culture, where every issue/input/discussion are welcomed without prejudice. If you put in effort, managers will acknowledge and give you more opportunities. The flexibility at the workplace is also a plus point.
Cons
The experience and learning you gain grows exponentially, however that means you will need to deal with a lot of stress and long hours. It was hard to find work life balance as every task seem to be important and urgent.

Pros
NONE, other than provided a paycheck. No advancement opportunities and management does not accept responsibility
Cons
no inspiration in the lab setting everything was based on work completed and no work life balance. Management plays favorites and does give their people the tools needed to succeed. Promises of cross training and development never materialize and employee incentive programs are non-existent. HR is a joke since they routinely look out for the management and not the employees.
