    I worked at SLN Technologies as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    This is electronics related company and these company is manufacturing Antenna Deployment control unit and i also Participated on this Project and i learned more things here and Thank you very much to SLN Technologies.

    Cons

    there is no downsided on the work that is depends upon us.

    Advice to Management

    The management is Very good they teach me more things practically about project.

    I have been working at SLN Technologies full-time

    Pros

    IT is good to learn for only 1 year experience.

    Cons

    Management is very bad.
    Very less qualified people are in top post,
    Salary wise very bad

    I worked at SLN Technologies as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Projects are from HAL/BHEL etc.

    Cons

    * If u join as Intern/Trainee you should struggle a lot with the management.
    * No salary/stipend for intern or trainee.
    * if you are Trainee, you are not allowed to tell any suggestion or idea.(My manager was not even listening.)
    * The Management takes more time than usual to give reliving letter to the employees.

    Advice to Management

    Should be Little friendly to the Employees and

    Pros

    I have worked more than 4.9 years. I have started my career and learnt a lot with good co operating people. It is left to the employee how much you can learn. You can learn very good technologies over there. More over you can find very good people there.

    Nothing to write. People who failed to work properly can only write here

    I have been working at SLN Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    There are no pros to speak about,in few days company may hit the dead end.

    Cons

    Family business
    They dont care for employees.
    They ll reward ppl who does drama rather than work.
    They dont know what they are doing.
    Its like production company rather than R&D company.
    Company hires dumb ppl and pays them,rewards them.
    They dont have good technical skills.
    They always use old controller or processors.
    Better remove R&D and put it as Rework and Deployment.

    Advice to Management

    you ppl are really great,you ppl maintained same turnover from 1995 to 2013.your management skills rock because doing management without skill is really great.am astonished by your horrifying management.expel waste ppl from amanagement.pls consult mckinsey and take help if you cant afford there consultation fee.contact second gear bangalore.change the management.

    Pros

    You will get a freedom of work.
    You can work from scratch.
    Good Learning experience.

    Cons

    There are seniors but they are not technically sound.
    No Corporate culture.
    Improper management.
    No Tools,No Guidance,No D0-178 Standards
    Monotonous Business Line
    No R and D.
    Heavy Work Pressure.
    No Perks,No Global Customers.
    Not Employee Friendly.
    It Feels like college .
    No Flexible Timing but they ll give salary at there flexible time.
    No Goals.
    They won't believe employees

    Advice to Management

    You ppl simply sitting and wasting money.please let others live well.No one is dynamic.management layers are missing please fill it.Please you ppl follow the process employees ll follow.No one in the management team is highly educated.All are narrow minded.

    Very less pros,experience only matter

    Cons

    almost 15 yrs old company not yet established
    None of the seniors are technically sound
    No facilities of R&D No cutting edge technologies
    Haphazard organization ,No standards in coding
    No goals,Noencouragement..list goes on

    Advice to Management

    Please Expand Business Money ll follow.Maintain Standards Directors are the only hard workers.please be friendly with employees
