    Pros

Cool property. Free food in the EDR (it isn’t great but at least it’s free?). Nice team members. New ownership seems promising... maybe? Only time will tell.

    Cons

Terrible leadership. I’ve been here for years and never received a raise. Not even a cost of living raise. No 401k matching. New insurance is more expensive than the last. Culture is terrible and morale is low. There doesn’t seem to be an effort to try to keep employees happy and motivated. turnover rate is outrageously high, but for good reason. I highly doubt anything will change with the new ownership unless he makes serious efforts in taking care of the employees.

    Advice to Management

Maybe if you take care of your employees, they wouldn’t leave. The cost of hiring new employees and training them is high compared to small raises yearly. Why not just pay fair wages to keep turnover rates low? That would boost morale, make your employees happy and stay.

    Pros

Clean environment great staff you learn a lot and everyone’s helpful when in need Great experience to have and lots of fun

    Cons

Seniority not to great when your working harder then others ,it’s a fast pace restaurant in other words it gets really busy so you have to stay focused on what your doing or else you might get behind

    Advice to Management

Don’t choose favorites just because some have been there than others , and I’d say management needs to be on floor more often making sure everyone’s doing what there supposed to do and checking to make sure all employees have completed there tasks before clocking out
