    Pros

Clean environment great staff you learn a lot and everyone’s helpful when in need Great experience to have and lots of fun

    Cons

Seniority not to great when your working harder then others ,it’s a fast pace restaurant in other words it gets really busy so you have to stay focused on what your doing or else you might get behind

    Advice to Management

Don’t choose favorites just because some have been there than others , and I’d say management needs to be on floor more often making sure everyone’s doing what there supposed to do and checking to make sure all employees have completed there tasks before clocking out

    Pros

The paycheck clears and health benefits.

    Cons

Everything. Even with the new owner the place is still terrible. Pool is filthy, place in general is a sewer. No one cares. Not management and not the staff. Abuse snd harassment is common place among the employees. Report it and nothing gets done. Very dark, depressing and opressive work environment.

    Advice to Management

The new owner should be ashamed to own such a place. Shut this place down. Let all employees go, including management. Really remodel and gix the place. Rebrand it. Hire all new employees and management with skills and that care abd reopen.
