    Pros

    Big opportunities for growth. You will learn a lot. Things are very fast-paced and the company is transitioning, and has been their goal to, to be a company of good culture for employees. The company is establishing benefits and trainings to keep their employees.

    Cons

    Revenue driven. Although goals are to be met, sometimes its to high to reach. Be ready with a lot of stress, working on rest days and extended hours. Regular work hours 10 hours and 30 minutes or 9am to 7:30pm

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees. Establish a more definitive, digital, and automated processes that guides the employees. Think of your employees more and provide an environment where speaking up is being acknowledged, where ideas come even from the lowest ranks.

    Great benefits and Job experience. It will give you sufficient knowledge on the job.
    No discrimination in hiring applicants.

    Cons

    No allowances and workloads,
    Other matters that is not too important.

    Advice to Management

    Consider monthly bonus, travel, and equal distribution of workloads.

    Pros

    Great experience! Good starting compensation than other company counterparts. Time flexible. Very good scope of work experience which is very diversified: from planning to close-out of projects.

    Cons

    work overload. good compensation because there are no allowances. not even a load allowance is given. no company phone. Poor standards.

    Advice to Management

    Please be sensitive in distributing tasks evenly and accordingly. Also there should be allowances as well.

    Condominiums are easy to sell under SMDC and provide world class amenities in Prime Locations.

    Cons

    Focused project were all in NCR.

    Should put up projects in other parts of the Philippines.

    Pros

    SM Prime Holdings is considered to be the largest retail company in the Philippines. Having had the chance to work there is truly a blessing. Great starting salary with the opportunity of growth. Annual increase in salary and yearly 13th month pay and bonus..

    Low work life balance. A stressful environment due to the pressure of being the best of the best.

    Advice to management is to take care of the employees more. What they would give their employees is what the company will get in return.
