    Pros

    Very much friendly Environment, good office maintenance, decent workload, office atmosphere up to the mark. Protocols well maintained, Office lunch provided

    Cons

    Office Politics, Working pressure is very high at times, over time work load, limited internet facilities.

    Advice to Management

    The management should try to improve the working efficient, and Work load should divided more decently among employees and better internet facilities

    Nice and experienced engineers who patiently guided us
    High intern allowance among civil engineering industry

    Cons

    More administrative works than actual designing work
    Most of the works are independent checking of the submissions from contractors and not much design work

    Pros

    People don't have to work very hard here, but still get quite a competitive salary.
    If you know well the survival skills here, you can get more, not only salary but also promotion.

    Cons

    The only thing you don't need to have is creativity. The other things people lost here include dignity, honest and equality.

    Advice to Management

    I don't think it can be changed easily at a short time, but maybe we should try to report to the project schedule instead of some person.
