I have been working at SMU (Southern Methodist University) full-time for less than a year

    Pros

It's a beautiful campus to work on. I enjoy the team that I am part of and like working with them. The hours and time off for holidays are family friendly and manageable.

    Cons

One of the cons is the low pay. I have been disappointed in the school's response to COVID and the lack of risk management. Some of the buildings need updating.

I have been working at SMU (Southern Methodist University) full-time

    Pros

None. The competent employees leave as soon as they can secure a new position. Long-term employees are mostly inept with a few who are merely lazy rather than incompetent sprinkled in for good measure.

    Cons

Low pay Inept leadership Nepotism and favoritism abounds Lack of opportunity Management is indifferent to employee morale
