RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at SMU (Southern Methodist University) part-time for more than 3 years
Pros
In the CORE department (housed in the Simmons Education dept) the team is absolutely amazing. They care about you and it’s a great team. The hourly pay is good.
Cons
Only get paid during projects you’re assigned so it can be jard to budget for the year. No benefits as it’s a part time gig.

Pros
This is a great opportunity to make some money and the work is not so hard, so you can just take your class and do some part-time job.
Cons
I think the pay rate is fair, but you have to do some online training which from my perspective is not necessary at all.
