I have been working at SNC-Lavalin full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Worked with great people. Never refused vacation request. Great flexibility.

    Cons

Somewhat old fashioned. No real drive to develop young engineers. Company in transition right now, so no real security or direction. No new projects coming.
