I have been working at SNH full-time

    Pros

Dynamic time to work for SNH as the work is challenging and it is a good place to work where your contributions make a difference.

    Cons

Growth, speed and type of work can be challenging, this is not for everyone.

    Advice to Management

Keep adding talent and focusing on making SNH a great place to work culturally.

    I worked at SNH full-time

    Pros

I have no idea what that would be.

    Cons

Smoke and mirrors. Unskilled CEO. Paranoid Chief of Staff with no real world experience. No sustainable revenue streams. COO and CFO just collecting a paycheck.

    Advice to Management

Stop pretending you know the investment community. Go back to tanning salons. Wall Street is out of your grasp.

I have been working at SNH full-time

    Pros

Medium sized company with several business and lots of opportunities. They are always hiring and promote from within giving lots of chances for upward mobility. They have offices in 5 states and 8+ companies. San Diego office is being renovated and is looking updated and new. The employees are great, fun and hardworking.

    Cons

Only the usual growing pains when companies grow quickly, changes in leadership, strategies shift and communication gaps.

    Advice to Management

Keep adding great leadership, invest in your employees and they will reward you with loyalty and service.

I have been working at SNH full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great growth opportunities abilities to move to different companies and positions within. The building is undergoing an exciting building renovation too.

    Cons

Bad thing is some of these posts from people who obviously haven't worked at the company thinking this site is where you go to try and get revenge. Grow up.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up.

I have been working at SNH full-time

    Pros

Exciting work that is taking on an even bigger market space. SNH has a new office in San Francisco that houses the private equity team making the work more demanding and rewarding. The management is open and communicative and genuinely wants to improve their businesses. The San Diego office is currently under renovation and will be a great new work space once it is complete.

Most importantly I feel valued as an employee and genuinely want to see my coworkers succeed and enjoy working with them daily.

    Cons

Stressful but with a positive attitude and good work ethic you can keep up and succeed. It's a competitive business and unfortunately, if you can't handle that you'll be performanced out which is common in many fast paced work environments.

    Advice to Management

More company culture and building updates on the renovations for the San Diego employees

    SNH Response

    Jul 3, 2017 – Chief of Staff

All good feedback, most importantly that you feel valued as an employee. Agreed we need to be more conscientious about culture-building activities, even while we are focused on fast-paced growth... More

    I worked at SNH full-time

    Pros

Monday - Friday early shifts after training, very easy to grasp concept

    Cons

Pay is not the highest starting and it only raises if you get a lot of commission

    Advice to Management

    Better pay or better commission

    Pros

Co workers are good people to work with.

    Cons

No real pay out on commissions for your hard work. They fluff up commission pay during the interview but the truth is most of our sales floor doesn't make the money promised to us due to improper pay structure. Manager needs more training on leading a sales team, lacks professionalism and closing skills. SNH building has no elegance, air vents are dirty (grime with rat feces found) which was confirmed by inspector. Cubicles are too small and our walls do not even match. Overall this company needs a huge makeover.

I have been working at SNH full-time

    Pros

SNH has a lot of potential. The schedules are great and flexible, benefits are ok, pay is decent.

    Cons

Communication from upper management is terrible, there's no team environment, things go unaddressed and people get away with murder while the hard working bunch get the wrong end of the stick. Some members of mgmt are racist and have their favorites. HR is involved but issues do not get resolved.

    Advice to Management

Open up the communication with the employees and get rid of the those who are not earning their paychecks, right along with those that have no work ethics and are giving SNH a bad name

I have been working at SNH full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you are a Sr. Sales Professional you can make money and after one year can be considered to be promoted within.

    Cons

Long sales cycle. You need to prove you have what it takes to make it on the sales floor within 5-6 months or you may be let go.

    Advice to Management

Very supportive Servant Leadership model. Ongoing product and sales training for Sales Reps is always needed.
