    I worked at SNH full-time

    Pros

Nothing, it was a lay over job. Place to fine tune my sales skills over the phone.

    Cons

In one word, everything....from product, territories that have been recycled over and over again. Upper management are nothing but puppets. The owner is detached and this is a nowhere job. Not work here! They rip u off of your commission, write u up for not making 80 calls and the base is less than McDonalds. The heath insurance and benefits are a joke. So many things wrong with this company..I can go on. But my time is valuable and this company is a joke!!

    Advice to Management

    Close down! Your idiots!

I worked at SNH full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Someone once dumped their gatorade on the CEO's lamborghini, which was hilarious.

    Cons

This place is a career killer, and everyone in San Diego and LV knows it. They changed their glassdoor page to a new company name to remove the real reviews -changing from SettlementOne to SNH. Now they're posting positive reviews with no real content to try to increase their rating and attract the desperate.

Cubicle farm with no energy. Closed door policy to management. Incredibly low employee morale. Base salary of 32K and promised 80K+ in the interview. You think you're the exception and think you will crush it and hit bonus, but you can't. Sales is telemarketing at SNH with minimum daily dials. No real value prop, no training. When I was there, someone hit bonus and was fired before pay out. Working at SNH is an embarrassment in the business world. The Sackett family lives in a different reality, but they're on a course to go out of business. This is a sinking ship.

I have been working at SNH full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Being able to justify a reason to drink daily at lunch and burn calories at the local gym.

    Cons

Job seekers beware, this company is a joke. Nothing but lies, scandals and 100% about the bottom line. They could care less about the people making them millions while Jevin the CEO drives around Las Vegas in his Aston Martin. Horrible work environment with broken walls, plumbing leaking all over the ceilings and cockroaches in the bathrooms. They have annual town hall meetings where they inform people of how well they are doing, but in reality they are hurting bad. There is ZERO organization or communication between C-level execs. They hired 10 new software engineers at the end of November and turned around and fired all 10 the first week of December because they realized they messed up the numbers with the budget. How convenient to fire people right before Christmas. Once again Jevin rides off into the sunset in his Aston Martin.

Company policies are from the 1920's. Full on business casual for employees period. There are people answering the phones wearing dress pants and dress shirts instead of people being comfortable. PTO is a joke. They give it to you and if you have any left over at the end of the year they roll it over. Sounds nice right? Nope, they then adjust your PTO accrued numbers to not allow you to accrue more the following year. For example if you accrue 3.33 hours a month, you will no longer accrue that if you had ANY balance from the previous year.

Shady operations from every front. HR has to be the most incompetent HR I've worked with. They have zero care to pay you on time, help you with your issues and clear any problems with any HR related issues you may be having.

    Advice to Management

Pull the plug on everything. You literally have no clue what it takes to run a software company. Your bleeding for money and it shows. No matter what you tell people we can see through all the lies.

I have been working at SNH full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Entrepreneurial spirit. Growth=opportunity. Flexible work hours

SNH and the family of companies have and continue to enjoy exponential growth. This is largely due to reinvestment in the company and a constant drive to grow, both organically and through acquisition. Historically reinvestment has been mostly focused on Sales to grow revenue. Recently there has been a lot more hiring in supporting functions and process which is necessary to sustain growth and attract larger clients.

    Cons

San Diego facilities dated and parking is constrained. Benefits slightly below average

    Advice to Management

Renovate the SD offices or, better yet, move to a facility with better parking
