    Pros

Friendly and efficient, willing to help the staffing needs of the community. Hard working staff that focuses their efforts on individuals to help find jobs that fit the individual.

    Cons

More jobs needed to help Seniors establish themselves in the workforce again.

    Advice to Management

Maybe offer training to help people achieve the job most likely to fit their needs.

I have been working at SNI Staffing full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

SNI is great at providing Personal service, one on one to our clients and nurses and providing a family friendly working environment. SNI Nurses are top notch and have a great reputation in the industry. We cover most any specialty for RNs and NPs so there is not much we cannot do.

    Cons

as with any small business we face the issues of the economy today but thats not a Con of the company but a Con of the state of business in this area.
