    Pros

The engineering leadership is competent and committed. The problems being solved are interesting in the SOA space and cover many aspects of using web services in an enterprise.

    Cons

There aren't many cons to working here. They work on the full spectrum of SOA implementation from web service creation, management and policy enforcement.

    Advice to Management

The management is doing as good a job as an independent web services vendor can do in a market that also contains IBM, Microsoft and BEA(Oracle).

    Pros

Great to work for. Small business going places. Good business ethos all round. Good team to be part of.

    Cons

Could have done with having a bit better strategy for growing the company and means to take on bigger chunks of business.

    Advice to Management

Be more willing to take on and scale up for bigger business to help grow from small to medium size.

    Pros

    1 month salary was given
    Salary offered was reasonable
    No much pros
Think twice before accepting the offer or joining the company

    Cons

    No proper management.
    No proper communication
I left my full time job to join the company and I became unemployed as they revoked the offer

    Advice to Management

Have proper plan before hiring the employes. Do not play with people's professional life, with many hopes in new opportunities I have resigned from my job and was looking forward to join the company, and it was very stressful after you revoked the offer.

I worked at SOA Software full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The product is reasonably good, there is relatively little tech debt in their main products. The team is (ori probably was) competent. Pay was good. Can I say you can see the Pacific Ocean from the balcony of their HQ?

    Cons

Went from expansion mode to panic contraction mode in a matter of weeks. Fired people left and right regardless of merit, lost some of the best and brightest along the way. No clear strategy.

    Advice to Management

Go do something else and let someone competent run the company.
