Exceptional leadership and team atmosphere.
Cons
Merging of two business models is challenging but communication regarding what the next steps are and big picture is expectional

Pros
Great network of doctors and great dispatch center
Cons
Inexperienced leadership doomed their attempt at an IPO; they sold themselves as a technology company, but had abandoned their technology focus well before that; investors eventually saw through it and they had to take the company back private -- but after they had layed off a ton of people who had built the company.

Pros
Gives you a chance of broadening horizons
Cons
Too much work, staring at the computer consistently
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
There are no pros to working there.
Cons
Lots of turnover and they never announce it. They laid off people and didn't even give a good severance, I'm sure there were some people that got more than others which is not surprising because it has always been an unfair organization. Part of the separation packet included 3 months a job placement agency that was completely useless. They are robots who will work you to death and then toss you aside.

Pros
Friendly people and atmosphere. Team building events
Cons
Very high turnover rate. Trying to keep track of who worked when/where was difficult
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
If you are willing to put in the work, you will be rewarded. Teams are small but composed of some very smart people. Casual workplace environment. C-suite is very approachable and willing to mentor. IT Senior Mgmt is very dependable and cohesive. Ability to learn a lot about healthcare in a very short amount of time. Extremely nice and humble people.
Cons
The environment is very fast-paced. This can translate into a lot of hours. Having said that, the new CEO recently made great strides into bringing work/life balance and banned all meetings after 5 pm. Bonuses tend to get severely impacted due to sales performance and are not just based upon your performance. Pay can be improved, considering teams are small and people are asked to wear many hats that are not a part of the same traditional position in other organizations.

Pros
Fun new technology to work with. Impacting patient lives everyday. Helping under served communities get access to care.
Cons
Growing pains from merger. Problems integrating both companies together. Lack of transparency between departments leaving many questions in the air.
