Pros
Fast-paced tech environment that enables you to learn tons and work for a startup with a purpose and a name in Malaysia. Exciting projects and upcoming initiatives which is great to be part of. Very collaborative environment from the ground up until the team lead level. There's a lot of place for personal initiative and it's very appreciated.
Cons
Depending on the team, there's quite a bunch of finger-pointing instead of 'let's fix this' mindset. It feels that there's a competition between teams so that god forbid anyone says that someone else is not doing their job. Politics and conflicts within and management and between HODs often spill out on other team members. Too many meetings in a day that leave you no time for proper focus on actual work, so when you are at a manager level and urgent things are piling up, you end up working at night quite often. This is contributed to by the fact that big projects are launched without proper planning, things are piling up without proper management of people's time and resources, and zero consideration to employee work-life balance. Most of the times when the CEO says something, everyone has to jump up and run, regardless whether the request is reasonable or not.

Pros
- Systematic workflow - Good work-life balance if you can work fast - Lots of cool things to learn
Cons
- You will meet a lot of people like the reviews below. Aka 'For Hustlers'. Where it's stated that if you can't handle the change - work for Mcdonald's. Unless you are upper management who knows how to sweet-talk your way up to success, you will be deemed as a 'Mc Donald' worker. Heck, we're not factory workers here. By shuffling the plan, it means getting things approved after zillion rounds of changes and layers of approvals and then. Oh. I don't like this thing. Can we change it? Why? I don't like the sound of it. That's the kind of 'hustling' you will be doing. All the positive reviews are for people who don't give a toot and are complacent at their job. because their work is mediocre, to say the least. Too bad all the good people who have the drive to push the company forward have left the company so it's left with people who make things for their own benefit. Try to understand the local market more, and stop creating new products for the sake of it. Fix the cleanliness problem. And don't try to make fun of the employees working in McDonald's. Not cool. Everyone is pretty much the same and we started off from somewhere. Have the decency to respect employees in the service industry.
