I have been working at SOS Security full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some nice co workers and some decent clients.

    Cons

Minimum wage, no communication. Read advice to management.

    Advice to Management

Stay far away from this company (Boston office) if you want to have a life outside of work. They will work you until you quit or drop. Upper management has no clue what their branches do. No communication at all between corporate, the regional branches, management and supervisors. Employees wages are based on who you know in upper management, fear mongering or what nationality you are. I have never seen anything quite like this in my entire working life. Examples - working 24 hour shifts with no notice, shceduled 70 plus hours a week for months at a time, work 7 days a week every week, making minimum wage while new hires make more, being scheduled at 2 sites at the same time and getting written up or reprimanded for no showing. Yes you read that right. Your pay being off consistently at least 10 times a year. The list goes on. Will be running once I get another job.
