I worked at SOSi for less than a year

    Pros

Great working environment. The company is very professional yet constantly keeps moral up with Directors and Managers encouraging employees to accomplish and produce the best possible work they can. Recruiting department hires great people to work with, all very friendly and respectful with great backgrounds tremendous working experience. Human Resources department is very efficient and help every department whenever they can. There's someone designated for any problem that you'll ever come across the solution is just a question away. Very organized. You learn a lot from natural born leaders. Great to know that your work makes a difference. SOSi opens a lot of doors and possibilities for future employment

    Cons

Your work load varies on a daily basis you might not have much to do one day and the next you might be in the office all night.

    I worked at SOSi full-time

    Pros

There are some really great people working there.

    Cons

Morale is horrible in general. Staff in Reston, especially women, continually voice concerns about leadership (from mid-level all the way to the top) but nothing ever gets done.

I have been working at SOSi full-time

    Pros

Some (but not all) teams and departments have great people.

    Cons

Middle to senior management have a terrible management style and scapegoats staff and line personnel when something goes wrong. Verbal abuse is not uncommon. Salaries below average, they low-bid contracts and then can't fill the positions. High turnover due to workload and senior management attitude.. No communication to staff about organizational changes.
