    Salary on Time

    Cons

    Need to extend Shift may go upto 11.30 PM
    Just like a Govt office - Slow outdated process.
    High work pressure.
    Unfair Appraisal policy.
    Lot of politics
    Leave Policy. Even if you have 32 Eligible leave they dont approve your leave.
    Shortage of staff. If your colleague quit you need to do their job also replacement will take 6 to 9 months mean while you will be torn apart with pressure

    Advice to Management

    Recruit Capable Staff.
    Approve their entitled leaves.
    Leave en-cashment to be re introduced.
    Update you work place technology. Office Pantry Software Uniform,

    since the company standards are high, price for the products are on the higher side.
